J & E is a subcontractor to SI International, Inc. for their HR Solutions contract to provide Personnel Support Services for the Army.  This multiple award contract can be used by many Defense and Federal government agencies.

J & E is a subcontractor to SRA International, Inc. under the Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP) contract. This multiple award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract can be used by the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Health and Human Services, and other government agencies to procure both products and technology services in the areas identified on the right.

J & E is also a subcontractor to McFarland and Associates on an IDIQ contract that can be used by all agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, to obtain conference planning/support services.
