J & E Associates is one of many companies that has been awarded one or more Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts by the General Services Administration (GSA). These contracts are awarded to responsible companies that offer the government commercial services or products at prices equal to or lower than the prices charged to their most favored customers. Once GSA awards an FSS contract to a company, federal agencies worldwide can order goods and services within the scope of the contract directly from the company using a simple contracting procedure. Because GSA has handled the legwork of assessing contractors’ past performance and negotiating "most favored customer" pricing, orders placed in this manner are considered to be full and open competition for the purposes of Federal Acquisition Regulations.

J & E holds contracts that allow us to provide services under two Federal Supply Schedules:

·         Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), GS-10F-0117K

·         Human Resources Services, GS-15F-0061K

J & E is also a subcontractor on a government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) that federal agencies may use to obtain a broad range of information technology products and services.
