How to Know When You Need Help

There is no set rule for knowing when someone should get help from an outside resource, rather guidelines. Every person is different. In addition to the primary indicators that follow, CEAP C/RS has also included a couple of questionnaires that can be useful. We would recommend that you print out the questionnaires and complete them in private.
