Generally speaking, the services J & E provides fall into three broad areas.

First, we provide an array of health, social, and educational support services aimed at improving workforce productivity. These services include, but are not limited to, the design and operation of employee health and wellness programs, the design and operation of employee assistance programs, and the planning and support of employee training and continuing education programs. This line of business also includes the operation of programs that seek to enhance military readiness by providing specialized support for military families.

Second, we recruit, screen, hire, place, and monitor the performance of health and human service professionals assigned to positions in government-operated health and social service facilities. For example, we provide qualified staff to operate drug and alcohol treatment programs in Washington, DC and have provided staff for health and mental health care facilities.

Third, we provide management consulting services aimed at helping health and human service organizations achieve maximum quality and efficiency in the delivery of their services.
